Principal staff consultant, Content and Collaboration practice

SFW’s Content and Collaboration Practice has a host of subject matter experts with breadth and depth of experience in successfully creating and working with all types of content systems including Intranets, Collaboration Portals, Social Media and EDRMs. 

As a principal staff consultant reporting to the Head of Practice I was responsible for delivering consultancy services and sales support for Office365, SharePoint, EDRMS, records management and Yammer to SFW clients. In addition I was responsible for the day to day management of project teams of various sizes who are delivering solutions using agile methodology to clients.

I had an integral role on a number of high profile Office365, EDRMS, records management and SharePoint proposals and implementations for SFW including Acas (Dept Business, Innovation and Skills), Kew Gardens, Youth Justice Board, and Natural Resources Wales that has resulted in consultancy work with a sales value in excess of £1.5 million in under one year. I was also responsible for developing existing SharePoint implementations and relationships for other SFW clients including The Electoral Commission, Trafford Housing Trust, Heritage Lottery Fund, Passenger Focus, PepsiCo, Dept. Communities and Local Government, British Film Institute, Maritime & Coastguard Agency and West Yorkshire Probation Trust.
